1 DAY OF FILMING.
30 DAYS OF CONTENT.
A monthly content system that turns attention into leads — I run the strategy, the filming, and the editing. You run the business.
Numbers that closed deals.
Records nobody had touched before.
“His name is Bryant. He's a one-man machine.”
What the acquiring company was told when they asked to meet the marketing team behind a $3M → $10M brand. They assumed it was an agency. It was one person — outproducing their own four-person team.
Random videos don't grow companies.
Systems do.
A spike of attention, then silence.
One asset, no plan, no follow-through. It feels like marketing — it even looks like marketing — but nothing compounds. That's where most content money dies.
Every month stacks on the last.
Strategy decides what gets filmed and why. One filming day becomes a month of content on a calendar, pointed at one goal: leads. That's what companies actually hire me for.
One filming day.
A machine behind it.
Strategy
Before anything gets filmed, we decide what will actually bring in customers: offers, angles, hooks.
The filming day
One day a month at your business. I show up. You keep working.
The engine
That day becomes a hero video and 8–12 short-form pieces, edited with hooks and captions.
The calendar
Every piece scheduled: what posts, where, when. You never think about it.
The result
A month of strategic content pulling leads in the door. Then we run it again — and it compounds.
Three disciplines.
One operator. One invoice.
Content & Creative
Ad creatives, social campaigns, short-form, product films, long-form repurposing. Built for the platform, scored against performance — not vanity.
- →Paid ad creative
- →Reels / TikTok / Shorts
- →Long-form → clips engine
- →Product & brand films
AI Systems & Automation
We identify the time-sucking work — lead routing, follow-ups, content systems, reporting, admin — and build AI workflows that replace it. Often replacing 2–3 hires with one monthly retainer.
- →Lead capture & qualification
- →Content production engines
- →CRM & follow-up flows
- →Internal reporting & ops
Strategy & Growth
Brand positioning, marketing systems, sales psychology, conversion design. Content and automation only matter if they're pointed at the right thing.

- →Creative testing strategy
- →Growth audits & roadmaps

Took a law firm from 270 to 475 weekly signed cases
Goal was to double their previous record. Built and ran the full system end-to-end — owned their social accounts day-to-day across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, layered Meta paid on top, and added commercial spots and organic outreach. Hit 350 (new record), then 375, then 475 — the biggest week in firm history.
Filmed for one of motocross's biggest names
Production for Haiden Deegan (5M+ YouTube subscribers) — one of the most-watched action sports channels on the platform. Shot the first-ever YouTube episode for Chad Reed, multi-time Supercross champion (channel now ~1M subs). Toured with AMA Supercross creating organic content for Friday/Saturday events that drove ticket sales. Won the JS Freestone film competition 3 of 5 days — same-day shoot, edit, and post under deadline, judged on views.
3× organic growth across IG, YouTube, and TikTok for a DTC brand
Took Instagram from 7.6K to 23K, YouTube from 230 to 600, TikTok from 5K to 14K — all in 12 months. Multiple influencer collabs cleared millions of views. Paid ads hit millions on a $1K budget with CPC in the cents. Year 1: +50% revenue. Year 2: +75% on top. Acquisition offers came in from competitors after seeing the engine.
A viral content engine on personal channels — multiple videos at 3.5M+ each
Single short-form hit 4M views — recut for a second account drove another 3.5M, with stolen reposts adding 500K+. On TikTok: three videos cleared 3.5M, another five+ cleared 400K. The same hook structure and pacing applied here is the system used in client work.
A pro basketball coach went from open calendar to fully booked
Weekly highlight reels of his training sessions — turning practice footage into shareable content that books out his calendar. Coach reports bookings have stayed full ever since the content engine started running.
Real estate properties: from cold-call tours to fully bookable online
Multiple properties had no digital presence — clients had to call in and physically show up just to book a tour. Built every social platform from scratch, filmed and edited property walkthroughs, shot listing photography, and built four websites with full sale + rent listings. Self-serve replaced phone tag. The kind of time-wasting that costs revenue — eliminated.
Full case studies, footage, and metrics walked through live on a 30-min call.
One operator.
Senior across
every layer.
Companies don't hire me to make videos. They hire me to install the content system that brings in their next hundred customers. The last company that brought me in grew from $3M to $10M in three years and got acquired — and when the buyers asked who ran the marketing, the answer was one name. That system is what I now install for a small number of businesses at a time.
Forge Studio is a one-operator creative practice. No agency middleware, no junior team, no four-week kickoff deck. You work directly with the person who builds the strategy, films it, edits it, writes the hook, and watches the metrics.
Background spans content production, ad creative for DTC and local service businesses, and full marketing strategy — thousands of hours inside real ad accounts, watching what actually converts.
Previously ran a multi-person production team — filmers, photographer, FPV drone specialist — covering AMA Supercross title sponsor work. Solo by default now; the crew is one call away when a job calls for scale.
Available for retainers, project work, and creative direction.
